As many of you who have followed us over the past years know, we take it step by step to improve and succeed. One of which is having a closer look at improving the organizational structure and the ways of our everyday work, naturally leading us into taking more significant and successful steps. Just like we did in the past and at the beginning of this year.

We are very proud to announce that we have taken a slightly more significant step and expanded our Center of Expertise with a start date of 2023. As we are growing quite fast, we need to ensure that we continue to offer the same high quality to all of our clients. And we will do so by further investing in knowledge, strategic support, innovation, deliverables, and our relationship with science. This change will not only benefit our clients but certainly also everyone at DVJ. Our Center of Expertise ensures that everyone within DVJ can grow by offering our talents the opportunity for personal and knowledge development. Supporting the growth of our DVJers goes hand-in-hand with the growth of our company, therefore, ensuring more opportunities now as well as in the future is the key. If you manage to build an organization where people can grow regardless of the experience they already bring, you will secure successful progress in your service now and in the future. And that is why we invest in the Center of Expertise.

Building knowledge within DVJ means that more and more content will be available for our business partners. You can think of last year’s inflation study, and we will do more in-house and in collaboration with the academic world in meta-analyses. We will more often release content specials, just like the Insights magazine about advertising from the beginning of this year. And most importantly, you will notice it in the partnership we build with you.
