DVJ Insights prepares for further growth with Jori van de Spijker and Judith Lieftink

Utrecht, January 13th, 2021, As of January 1st, DVJ Insights has appointed Jori van de Spijker as Managing Consultant Netherlands (previously fulfilling the role of Practice Lead Brand & Communication at DVJ Insights), and Judith Lieftink as Research Director. The strengthening of the team is part of the structural growth that the research agency is experiencing, climbing from the 12th largest research agency of the Netherlands in 2019, to the 7th largest in 2020. Winning the FD Gazelle – the award for the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands – for the third consecutive year in 2020, and once again continuing the line of growth as seen in previous years.

Jori van de Spijker has been working for the company since October 2018, previously fulfilling the role of Client Consultant and Practice Lead where he was responsible for brand and communication research. Jori: “Since joining the company two years ago, I have experienced first-hand that DVJ is built on a genuine passion for market research and with the ambition to provide people the opportunity for personal growth. The trust I am now receiving to take this step in our organisation is a prime example of this. We have a great team of incredibly smart people with an unmatched enthusiasm for the profession, and I am really looking forward to continuing to build on this success together.”

Judith Lieftink is a sociologist and has worked in research throughout her career, alternately on the client- and agency side, where she gained experience with the entire research process, but also coaching of employees, and giving workshops to clients. Judith: “My broad experience will certainly help me in my role, and I will make a strong effort to share my knowledge with the team and make DVJ even more successful. Something that really stands out for me at DVJ is the continuous search for improvement and innovation and the scientific basis of which is worked from. I believe that you should never sit back, but should constantly be working on how you can improve yourself, your products and your services, to serve the client in the best way possible.”
